Projects
MakeUC Hackathon - UC Pocket Reservoir
My team placed top 25 out 89 hacks with our web application, UC Pocket Reservoir. Our mission was to create an app that displayed important resources on campus, such as accessibility routes, gender neutral bathrooms, menstrual product dispensers, printers, parking garages, etc. We developed a prototype of our app, in which we featured Google Maps API. We utilized Javascript, Next.js, and CSS to show the different buildings that held these numerous resources. Please click on the logo I designed for our project to view our presentation.
IT Design Project - Let's Vote
My group and I developed and presented an app called "Let's Vote". As the Project Manager, I was in charge of delegating tasks each deliverable, as well as being the primary UX designer. Our goal with the app was to make the voting process more efficient with live wait times per polling location. This would also reduce the spread of COVID-19. We also implemented features in which users can register to vote and read up on the upcoming elections. Please click on the logo to view our project website and prototype.
UC PASO - PenPAMILYA Program
I am the 2020-2021 President of UC's Pinoy American Student Organization. We are happy to present our new penpal program, PenPAMILYA. "Pamilya" translate to "family" in Tagalog, a language widely spoken in the Philippines. We created this program to connect members of multicultural organizations around the nation amidst the pandemic. The program has reached organizations in California, Wisconsin, Florida, etc. Please click on the logo I designed for our project to view our presentation.
